Pak Homes helps buyers discover products and contact trusted suppliers. Returns, replacements, and refunds are confirmed with the selling supplier before purchase.

Before you order
Pak Homes is a catalog and discovery platform. Product listings help you compare designs, sizes, prices, finishes, and supplier details, but the final sale is completed directly with the listed supplier.
Before paying or confirming delivery, ask the supplier to confirm current stock, final price, delivery charges, installation support, return window, replacement terms, and whether the product can be returned after delivery.
Inspect products at delivery
Please inspect products when they arrive and before installation or use. Check the product name, quantity, size, color, finish, visible damage, and any supplier invoice or delivery note.
If something looks wrong, take clear photos immediately and contact the supplier before the product is installed, cut, fixed, used, or moved to another location.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what was confirmed by the supplier, report it to the supplier as soon as possible. Share photos, order details, invoice information, and delivery date so the supplier can review the issue.
Pak Homes can help you connect with the supplier when you found the product through our catalog, but approval for a return, replacement, repair, or refund remains with the selling supplier.
Items that may not be returnable
Some products may not be eligible for return once they are installed, cut, used, damaged after delivery, custom ordered, specially sourced, or sold as clearance stock. Tiles, sanitary items, vanities, curtains, mosaics, and made-to-measure products can have different return rules depending on the supplier.
